NATURALLY HEALTHY’S RETURN POLICY
A return/refund policy usually includes:
1. How many days they have to return a product and in what condition
2. How will they receive the refund (credit or replacement)?
3. If you offer refunds for digital products or in-app purchases
4. Who pays for shipping to return the product
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless covered by the consumer guarantees act.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless faulty. (Goods and reason if applicable).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ADMIN@NATURALLYHEALTHY.CO.NZ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are happy to exchange or refund any unopened and unused, non-customised items returned to us in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket, within 28 days. Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We will refund to your item by Direct Credit excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.
If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Naturally Healthy, bring it back to us with your proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact Naturally Healthy. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed.
If we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, any charge to your credit or debit card will be refunded. Our No Hassle Returns policy will apply in this instance.
